Casino Moolah - says I've breached their terms
Ruling
Found for the Casino - Casino Moolah provided us with an excerpt of this player's play history that clearly show numerous bets in excess of the maximum allowed bet of 10. As such the play has been in violation of bonus terms and conditions and there's nothing we can do to help the player.
Player's Complaint
My username at casinomoolah is [EDIT]. I deposited 200 pounds into casinomoolah.com and got the 200 bonus, then played slots at 5 pounds a spin using the gambling feature and got to 3000, then I withdrew and had my winnings confiscated and this message sent:
Dear [EDIT]
After an in-depth investigation we have concluded that you have breached our terms and conditions regarding the bonus policy.
You can view our full bonus policy here: hxxp://www.casinomoolah.com/bonus-policy.php
Please note that: before any withdrawals are processed, your play will be reviewed for any irregular playing patterns. In the interests of fair gaming, equal, zero or low margin bets or hedge betting, shall all be considered irregular gaming for bonus play-through requirement purposes. Other examples of irregular game play include but are not limited to, placing single bets equal to or in excess of 5% or more of the value of the bonus credited to your account until such time as the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met. Should we deem that irregular game play has occurred, we reserve the right to withhold any withdrawals, confiscate all winnings and/or block your access to our services and products and/or your account without being under any obligation to pay you any funds held in your account.
Unfortunately your betting amounts have been deemed irregular and have been in excess of 5% of the bonus amount.
Therefore we have no choice but to close your account and void all winnings and bonus amounts. Your account has been closed and your deposits refunded in the amount of £200 to the Visa 8629

Hi ferkhan18 - welcome to ThePOGG.com and apologies for not responding sooner. I thought I'd already notified you that I was looking into this issue.
I've been in contact with Casino Moolah who have provided me with your a section of your play history. Your wager patterns have included bet of 4.50, 6, 6.50, 9.50, 13.50, 15.50, 14.50 and 24.50. Obviously every bet placed that is over 10 is in violation of the bonus terms and conditions.
Even if bets over 10 were only placed with the Gamble feature at the end of the round this is still a violation of terms. The Gamble feature is a separate bet distinct from the results of the game round and as such - in adhering to the bonus terms - you cannot place a Gamble wager of more than 10.
I'm sorry but I really can't do anything to help you in situations where you've not followed the terms and conditions for the bonus you've received.
