they disabled my account coz my givin email address was [EDIT] but when i return an email it replies from [EDIT] so its missin the . so when i won the money and verified my account they disabled it plz call me on [EDIT]

Hi, Thank you later on that evening they reopened my account with the $6000 in it but when i went to withdraw they requested i make one successful deposit first so I agreed and began to make a deposit with my bank card which are normally accepted by the casino and all its sister casinos sites but this time was refused as they said it was no longer a deposit method

I've spoken to Casino Moons about this issue and they tell me there should be no reason you cannot use your card. Can you email them a screen shot of the message you are receiving when you try to deposit?
