Player's Complaint

Won on the 12th of November requested the withdawal straight away sent through all required documents waited the 5 days only for my request to be unsuccessful. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and requested my wothdawal again, waited the 5 days kept emailing for updates but no response, used the chat to check the progress they said everything was fine. 5 days passed and my request was again unsuccessful again. Their excuse was, my account hasn’t been verified? After telling my it was already verified and everything was fine? I just want my winnings already!

Hi stephina,

I've spoken to the operator about this issue. Apparently your withdrawals were declined as you had not provided a valid bank statement to verify your account.

Unfortunately in the time between you've chosen to play with, and subsequently lost, your balance. While I understand your frustrations in completing the verification process, if you've chosen to gamble your funds I'm afraid there's nothing further we can do to assist you.
