Player's Complaint
After winning a amount of money on small stakes 2-3-4 euros and building my pot to over 4000 euros I increased the bets to 20 euros at which point I started to lose my winnings down to 1977 at this point I requested a withdrawal I sent all documents the casino requested, now the casino has come back and declined all my winnings and said they are void

No I never claimed the bonus and my last deposit was €50

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you in this instance. This group of operators apply maximum bet limits to non-bonus play. Our understanding is that this practice would be non-compliant with EU consumer law, but having discussed this issue on several occasions with this group I can say with confidence that they will not change their position.
