Casino Napoli - Self exclusion!!!

Found for the Casino - Curacao licensed casinos are not required to carry self-exclusions over to other properties on their license.

Player's Complaint
I self excluded from this site on 9/3/18.
However i was allowed to play on sister sites (i did not realise they were connected) i had to exclude them all separately. They acted irresponsibly. I am stupid but am off sick with anxiety and depression and have problems with gambling, this is why I closed Casino napoli and told them.
They are taking advantage of vulnerable people

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you in this instance.
The requirements for UKGC licensed operators to carry over self-exclusions to other properties on the same license are put in place by the regulator. Casino Napoli's regulator - in Curacao - do not carry the same requirements for their licensees. A self-exclusion on at a Curacao licensed operator only applies to the casino you self-excluded at.
