I can provide a transcript between myself and CASINONIC if needed. I won $5,000 on my own account and they have refused it because my partner also has an account. Surely this is not legal? I have copy and pasted the reason that they wouldnt pay the winnings below.

Creating multiple Player Accounts by a single player can lead to termination of all such accounts. The player shall not provide access to their Player Account or allow using the Website to any third party including but not limited to minors.

Your Player Account must be registered in Your own name and personal details. The Player Account shall only be issued once for the player and not duplicated through any other person, family, household, residence address (postal or IP), email address, access device or any environment where access devices are shared (e.g. workplaces, public places, etc.).

In case of creation of more than one account per residence address (postal or IP), email address, access device or any environment where access devices are shared (e.g. workplaces, public places, etc.) any and all such accounts shall be deemed as “Duplicate Account/Duplicate Accounts“. The Casino reserves the right to close the Duplicate Account without any prior notice and/or obligation to state a reason.

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you in this situation. As the terms you quote clearly stated, you cannot set-up more than one account per residential address.
