Hi,
I have deposited in this casino over 7000£, and after i manage to win, i decided to withdraw the balance of 7000£.
In that moment, they requested proof of id, proof of adress, 3 months bank statements, proof of income from hmrc, and declaration of income. After 2 days, on the 27th of january i manage to submit all the documents requested, and they have confirmed that. After i did't received nothing from them, i contacted them and still no outcome. Is it normal to wait that long for my withdrawal ? I work in construction industry and there is proof of that from hmrc. I hope you can help because i struglle myself and my family. Thank you.

Yes. After 2 months, i still don't have acces to my funds. Is a horrible experience.
I have provided everything they requested on the 25th of january 2021.

Casino Nile have asked that you provide the following:
- Payslips from your employer to evidence the wages you receive
- Invoices/receipts from the issuing company detailing the reasons for any payments that you have received.
Please provide this information to the operator and let us know when you have done so.
