Casino Of Dreams - Payment

Ruling

Found for the Player - Casino of Dreams have made clear that they will not discuss player complaints with this service. As such this complaint is rule for the player.

Player's Complaint

I couldn't find Casino Of dreams from the list. I have sent them passport and proof of address. They even asked me for a picture of me holding the passport and I sent it. But they didn't approve my passport and asked me for an alternative document. I don't have any. What should I do?

Hi Papsansno - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

I'll contact the operator and see what I can find out.

In the mean time it would be helpful if you could forward on the emails you sent to Casino of Dreams containing your ID and I'll see if there are any obvious issues.

Thanks,

ThePOGG

Hi Papsansno,

I've spoken with Casino of Dreams and they've confirmed that they will not discuss player complaints with anyone other than their appointed ADR. As such all we can do is recommend that you contact eCOGRA who should be able to review your complaint.

Sorry we can't be of more help.
