It has now been 18 days since i made my withdrawal. My account is verified, im withdrawing 5,500 from two different game providers and they are saying they are checking with pragmatic even though one is not with them it is with play and go. They even sent me over my game play. Keep saying the same thing to me, agents putting the chat down. Im asking how long can this take and i will not have any answers from anyone. 18 days for a withdrawal and no answers is not okay. I have all screenshots and chats. I want my money i won.
They Have sent this to me, could you please let me know if this is true? So it seems that Pragmatic Play had a technical problem and a lot of transactions and players were affected around the world in different Casinos. Our team is working hard to get the withdrawal to you. They advised me that is should be resolved in the next couple of days.
As people have metioned they've not been paid because they've made up this excuse when they have done nothing wrong.
