Player's Complaint
It has now been 18 days since i made my withdrawal. My account is verified, im withdrawing 5,500 from two different game providers and they are saying they are checking with pragmatic even though one is not with them it is with play and go. They even sent me over my game play. Keep saying the same thing to me, agents putting the chat down. Im asking how long can this take and i will not have any answers from anyone. 18 days for a withdrawal and no answers is not okay. I have all screenshots and chats. I want my money i won.

If the operator is making enquiries with a software provider, the resolution time will be dependent on how quickly the software provider responds. Experience has shown that this can be a slow process and it is not something that the operator can control. You will need to be patient.
