I played slots at CasinoPlanet on the 19th Decemeber 2020. Got a decent win of £975 so I made a withdrawal. After a week or so I hadn't received my withdrawal so I emailed and asked for an update. I just got a generic response of someone is looking into it and will come back to me soon. It's been 7 months now and even after numerous attempts I keep getting the same generic response. This is so frustrating at the lack of communication from them. Why is this process taking so long. Please help me make query them as its been such a long process. Thank you in advance.
