Casino Planet - Refusing to provide information about delayed withdrawals payout

Player's Complaint
The casino regulations are that they payout withdrawals within 1-3 working days, via visa pmt. I made two withdrawals on 26 July 2021 and one on 29 July 2021 totaling £2331.00. They remain pending after numerous emails and live chats and the casino refuses to provide honest information about the delay in paying out. I cannot get them to explain or answer any of my questions. I have copies of the withdrawals and of the emails and transcripts of the chats I've had with the customer service. I would really appreciate your help as I am very concerned about their transparency and honesty.

With the greatest of respect, you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service. If you are still experiencing issues on Friday the 14th of August let us know and I'll contact the operator on your behalf.
