Hi shanban12,

I've reviewed this issue with the operator and sadly we will be unable to uphold your claim.

On the 22nd of August you registered an account with Casino Lab which was immediately banned due to your self-exclusion with GamStop.

Then on the 22nd of October you registered an account with Casino Planet, changing some of your registration information away from the information you provided to GamStop to prevent this account being blocked. That being the case your GamStop exclusion still applies and all activity on this account is void.

You may find our free Responsible Gambling app BetBlocker useful. It allows users to restrict their internet capable devices from accessing over 14k gambling operator websites for between 24 hours and 5 years.
