I won £6162 as part of their welcome offer and still hasnt been paid been going back and forth for 6 months now i have sent my ID off to them and my account is still blocked and no money received they havent replied to my emails so im hoping getting in touch with you will give them a nudge
Hi thanks for the help so far I sent all documents 6 months ago and I’ve had a reply saying they weren’t within 3 months (which they where) I’ve since sent a mortgage statement as well less than a month or 2 old I have sent these over but haven’t heard back again can you chase this up please thanks again

The operator informs us that they are waiting on you providing Proof of Address - a bank statement or utility bill that has been posted to your address and was issued within the last three months. Could you please submit this and let us know when you have done so?

Hi I sent a recent utility bill again 28th May even though my first utility bill was sent ages ago can you please chase this up again, thanks so much for the help so far

Apologies I’ve only just seen this now, they have allowed me to request withdrawal, however it’s been well over a week now and they aren’t processing the withdrawal can you chase this plz
