Player's Complaint

I made 50€ deposit to casino rex on 3.2.2023 using trustly. After the money was transfer i got message saying they sent me a email but nothing arrived. after chatting with them about this problem they keep telling me that it is my fault to that i cant sign in. I have proof them pictures and even video showing that i do eveything correct and their website just isnt working. They refuse to give me my money back or help me to get into my account. I have sent them also proof of money transfer but they still say there is nothing they can do about it.
