Hello, I won 250 euros at this casino with my deposit. I have uploaded all required documents for verification.The casino asked for proof of my deposit, which I uploaded. They don't want to verify me because this statement from my bank doesn't say my first and last name. However, my Iban. To be on the safe side, I have uploaded 2 confirmations from my bank, which confirm that this account belongs to me. And that the transfer of 30 euros was made by me. With Iban name surname date of birth.and everything. I have been blocked from chatting. Can you please help me??? Thanks.
