My cashout request was canceled

The deposit must be wagered for at least 3 times prior to withdrawal.

So i wrote the support asked whats that all about, when you new register, there says nothing about wagern. Not in Terms of Conditons

I asked the support if they can copie me the text. No nothing.

To summarise.

– Use of this service does not preclude your seeking redress through court proceedings .

– This service is free to use for both the complainant and operator.

– At any point during the procedure the submitting party retains the right to withdraw their complaint. This does not preclude our right to continue the discussion with the involved operator of general issues related to the complaint (i.e. insufficiently clear terms and conditions).

– You are not obliged to obtain independent or legal advice or representation, though you may choose to do so.

Firstly, you have made a significant deposit, far larger than average, then looked to withdraw without engaging in proportionate wagering. This matter actually supersedes the operator's terms and conditions and falls into anti-money laundering laws, as your behaviour patterns would place you in a high risk category requiring stricter security protocols to be engaged.

Further to this, the operator does in fact carry terms requiring a 3x turn over:

"Please note that if you requested a withdrawal, but the sum of bets made since last deposit is less than three (3) times the size of that deposit, the Casino reserves the right to charge you the costs of transaction processing for deposit and withdrawals. This decision is at sole discretion of the Casino."

Please comply with the minimum wagering requirement and let us know if you are still experiencing issues after you have done so.
