Hello, I'd like to bring to your attention my non payment issue from Casino Riva. Having signing up to the casino on the 9th May and being very lucky, I managed to win a substantial amount. I withdrew the money after complying with their T+C's and withdrew and got a reply via email saying they had received the request and it will be processed in 48hours.
After numerous attempts to contact them via email and phone nothing had been paid. They contacted me on May 28th via email ( After I chased them ) saying it will be processed soon and they need the necessary I.D and proof of address. ( I did ask them if they needed this when I withdrew but they only requested it weeks later).
They have now accepted all the documents and my file is "complete" but are waiting for the withdrawal to be validated???? So 48 hours is not their withdrawal time? In fact its now a month and still no payment? ...
Hope you have more luck getting a response than me , any help would be much appreciated.

Hi thanks for contacting the casino...I got a reply from them saying the money would be paid within 24 hours max...it has been over 24 hours now and no payment.

Given that I haven't heard back from you, if I don't have conformation by Friday the 27th of June I'll assume you've received your funds from Riva casino and close this complaint.
