Casino Riva - not paid for 6 months

Resolved - The player has finally received this payment, but Riva casino refused to acknowledge this complaint or offer any reason for the delay in payment.

Player's Complaint
Casino Riva owes me £220.75 for 6 months.
When I log in to the casino I can still see the pending withdrawal there.
I have emailed them over 10 times, I just receive a generic confirmation email, then nothing afterwards.
It is not a big amount, but I still think I should be paid in a timely manner.

Hi aburke86,
Apologies for the delay, but I've struggled to get hold of the relevant individuals over the festive season. I've just heard back from the representative of the group that I thought was handling Casino Riva to be informed that they no longer deal with this property.
As such I'm now going to have to go the long way round and try to contact the casino directly. I'll let you know as soon as I hear anything.
