Player's Complaint
I played and won on this casino in August 2020. After verifying my account I attempted to withdraw my money.
I had not heard a thing from them in a few weeks and started sending them messages threw the website and emails to see what the delay was.
They eventually answered saying that they do not pay wire transfers to Canada and they offered me 3 alternatives
1- Skrill (Canada does not allow gambling transactions on)
2- Neteller (Canada does not allow gambling transactions on)
3- Paypal - I told them they can proceed with Paypal.
I've sent them at half a dozen emails and communications threw the website since then and they chose not to respond and not to pay.
It's been close to 4 months now and it's a living nightmare.
Can you help me get my money paid?
