I sent the documents on 11.11.20 and received a reply to the email 12.11.20. Dear [EDIT],
Kindly be informed that they have been forwarded to the relevant department. Once we have updates from them you are going to be informed. Still waiting confirmation is still awaited. Today is 19.11.20. Chat gives to me always same answer "[EDIT]: Kindly be informed that we are currently still waiting for an update from our legal department, regarding your documents. However, I can assure you that you are going to receive updates as quickly as possible."

With the greatest of respect you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service. If you are still experiencing issues on Friday the 4th of December let us know and I'll contact the operator on your behalf.
