Resolved - A payment delay issue has been resolved and Casino Sieger inform us that the player has been played. The player is non-responsive so we assume they are satisfied.

Casino Sieger does not pay the winnings to the customers. I had a lot of luck in the Casino Sieger. After I had verified my account I did a withdrawal about €2000. The Casino Sieger player support offered me to pay this amount in two parts: one part (€1000) immediately, the second part in two weeks. But nothing happened. It would take 5 days they said. But also after this time the money was not in my account. The Casino Sieger player support demanded a bank statement. Of course I have sent this. But this Casino Sieger does not pay - only kindly mails with prepared text... and I would have to wait and to wait ...
