Hello dear ThePogg-Team,
following case.
On 06/18/2022 I loaded 15€ via Paysafe card.
But gabs 4.50 bonus and a few free spins.
After a few minutes the bonus was wagered and I got lucky.
I got fully verified and requested a withdrawal of €1903.
This was approved on June 24, 2022 and was allegedly instructed.
After countless chats back and forth asking where my money is, I was always told to be patient and the last state of affairs was last Saturday, the money is out and should be with me in max. 2 working days.
8 days later I still haven't received any money. I didn't violate any terms and conditions and honestly won the money.
When I emailed Casino Sieger support on Friday, I received an answer yesterday asking me to send bank statements with all transactions from 06/25/2022 - 07/02/2022 so that the case can be further investigated.
An absolute cheek. And something from a casino with Mga license.
I'm at my wits end and don't know what to do anymore.
I documented everything, all correspondence via e-mail and live chat.
I'm asking for your help.

With the greatest of respect, you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service. If you are still experiencing issues on Friday the 15th of July let us know and I'll contact the operator on your behalf.
