approached live chat to apply a bonus if I was to deposit, we both agreed on 110% plus 35 Free spins on any betsoft game,

I made my Deposit, the bonus 110% was credited but after the live support agent telling me there website was having maintenance issues he couldnt apply my 35 free spins and to come back later.

I came back on 3 separate attempts asking for my free spins to be credited and finally being told that i needed to provide another bonus code to get spins, Basically this casino committed to a deal on which i deposited 50EUR to get 110% 35 free spins and then denied any free spins and could offer me 5EUR instead.

I feel cheated and my rights have been taken for granted, I am demanding a refund of my deposit including fees as I have no intention to continue my loyalty with such a establishment. I will email you all transcripts which clearly show the issue I am raising.

This leads me on to my next point - Casino Superlines are part of the Equinox Dynamic group who appear to be closely associated with the Game Tech Group N.V. This is one of the most widely Blacklisted groups in operation today and are Blacklisted here. Due to this they are routinely non-responsive to complaints posted at this site.

I'd strongly encourage you to disengage from any future play with this operator!

I'll try to talk to the operator for you but you should be aware from the outset that the chances of success are very low.
