Casino Superlines - not paying me what they should.

Ruling

Found for the Player - We have been informed that the term being enforced here is non-compliant with EU law outside of bonus play.

Player's Complaint

I made a deposit with the casino in question of about 26 euros. Won a few round and put a withdrawal in for 400 euros. Then they said they could not get hold of me by phone to confirm my withdrawl so they returning my funds to my account I should just contact them via chat and resubmit my withdrawl. So i log in to do so and there is only 268 in my account. So i proceed do query this now they telling me thats the max i can cash out cause i deposited less than 200 euros at the casino. Nowhere do they say that in their terms and conditions. I didnt use a deposit bonus so there should not be an hold on how much i can cash out. A win is a win. Please talk to them

Hi genevieve1 - welcome back!

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you in this instance.

Casino Superlines carry the following non-bonus term:

"13.13 . If a player's accumulated deposit amount does not exceed €200, player will be entitled only up to X10 last deposit. This maximum payout will be enforced also in cases where the player made additional deposits which were deemed at the sole discretion of the Casino to have been made in order to exceed the €200 accumulated deposit amount."

While we do not agree with this use of this term and have been advised that it does not comply with EU Consumer law, having discussed this issue with this group of operators on numerous occasions I can say with certainty that they will not change their position.

Sorry we could not be of further help.
