Yesterday i found a banner on a site that said when i enter this code to my Casinotoken i would get 10fs on game Moon10.

I have won 2.63€ that turned to 25 and wagered.

I enter the chat an asked the customer care agent if i can cashout without ever depositing.He said that if i would deposit 20 euro and wager them i can cashout also the wagered amount from the bonus i got from the freespins.

I deposited and i started to play. I have won other 40 euros after playing much time and i decided to cashout providing all my documentation and identity.

They replied me that they cannot proceed to withdrawal because they founded that i have made another account with another email from the same PC and the same browser.

Propably someone on public place Internet Cafe i have gone to play to this casino has entered with the same ip on the same casino.

They blocked my account and they do not return me my deposit at least.

I have not taken advantage from the bonus except from those 10 free spins that i played more that 5 hours to wager them with normal bets.

I want my deposit back. I have contacted the bank to cancel the transaction made to this casino
