Ruling

Found for the Casino - All bonuses offered by Casino Tropez are what are known as "Sticky" bonuses. This means they are non-withdrawable and will be removed from your account once you complete the wagering requirement.

Player's Complaint

Hi, is there any way that an audit can be done on my account? I noticed today that they took out over 1400 of my balance and returned it when I contested it, but after that it was straight losing. I'm wondering how many times this has happened in the past. This place constantly blocks you from winning if you attempt to withdraw money, which shows that winning is not random. You have my permission to look into my account for the past year. Thank you.

Hi smittyi - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

Unfortunately there's not going to be anything we can do to help you in this situation.

Casino Tropez carry the following term in their bonus terms and condition:

"6. All PLAY BONUS credits are for wagering purposes only. (No withdrawal will be honored for an amount less than the PLAY BONUS. Upon your FIRST withdrawal (regardless of the number of deposits), any amount up to the equivalent value of the PLAY BONUS will be deducted from your play balance or winnings prior to settlement. The first credits wagered will be deducted from your deposit(s) rather than from the PLAY BONUS)."

The above being the case the casino SHOULD remove bonuses from your account after the wagering requirements have been met. If they have returned them on request they have been engaging a good will gesture to allow you to extend your play.

Beyond that, if you have no faith in the fairness of the operator all I can suggest is that you choose an alternative casino to play with.

Sorry we cannot be of more help!
