Unfortunately there's not going to be anything we can do to help you in this situation.

Casino Tropez carry the following term in their bonus terms and condition:

"6. All PLAY BONUS credits are for wagering purposes only. (No withdrawal will be honored for an amount less than the PLAY BONUS. Upon your FIRST withdrawal (regardless of the number of deposits), any amount up to the equivalent value of the PLAY BONUS will be deducted from your play balance or winnings prior to settlement. The first credits wagered will be deducted from your deposit(s) rather than from the PLAY BONUS)."

The above being the case the casino SHOULD remove bonuses from your account after the wagering requirements have been met. If they have returned them on request they have been engaging a good will gesture to allow you to extend your play.

Beyond that, if you have no faith in the fairness of the operator all I can suggest is that you choose an alternative casino to play with.
