Player's Complaint
I'm unsure of where I stand. I closed my account with this casino. Said my gambling wasn't going good. I then tried to reopen somewhere down the line which I managed (all with the same details) to no questions or anything. My deposit limits where no longer there as I assume it was a new account. I then proceeded to loose £750 of my own money. I did message the casino saying I was pissed off they'd let me gamble with no questions or anything. They said its not there fault more less. I understand I'm partly to blame but I'm trying to quit and had a relapse it shouldnt have been this easy? Where do I stand with this please

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you in this instance. The UKGC reserve management of this type of complaint issue to their own team. All we could do is suggest you contact the regulator.
You may find our free Responsible Gambling app BetBlocker useful. It allows users to restrict their internet capable devices from accessing over 7k gambling operator websites for between 24 hours and 5 years.
