Resolved - The submitting complainant has become non-responsive to our repeated requests for additional information. As such we assume they have resolved their issue on their own.

I registered at the casino and deposited €100. But I didn't like any of the games and I would like to have my stake paid back.

The casino refuses to pay out the €100
