Casino Ventura – misleading the players
Found for the Player - Casino Ventura appears to have changed their terms, applied the new terms retroactively and tried to hide that they've done this.

Casino Ventura refuses to pay my win. I started playing here in the middle of October. On my second deposit here I won 1 500 EUR, it happened on the 23 of November to be precise. I successfully verified my docs, on the 28th of November the casino messaged me that everything was fine and that i could proceed with the payment. Nevertheless, on Thursday November 30th i learnt that my win was confiscated, the chat told me that I have breached the casino terms during wagering. I wrote to the casino for the details and got the response. They wrote I have claimed multiple bonuses without the bonus free deposits in between. I know there was no such a rule when i was playing. The page is saved in the web archive and for sure the casino changed rules retroactively in order not to pay the win.
