Casino Wilds - My money got confiscated without any reason

Found for the Player - While Casino Wilds did respond to our emails, they failed to offer any evidence to support the confiscation of winnings in this case. As such this complaint is found in favour of the player and Casino Wilds' status has been moved to Not Recommended.

Player's Complaint

I have played in the Casino Wilds for a long time already and never had any issues. So, i was shocked when a few weeks ago, on the twenty third August, to be precise, I got the email from the casino where they informed me that the winnings from my bonus have been confiscated due to the bonus abuse. Basically, the casino was stating that i have decreased the stake amount by 50% or more after a large win in order to complete wagering requirement while the bonus was active. I looked through the game history and found no sign for the violation they mentioned. So, next day I wrote to the casino that there should be some kind of mistake and there was no stake decrease. Well, I had no response. After this when I finally got in touch with the casino they provided absolutely no proof that could back the confiscation. So, I conclude the casino is just not willing to pay my win...

Unfortunately Casino Wilds have become non-responsive and have not answered the questions we have about this issue. At this stage I have no reasonable expectation of this situation changing.
