$936 has been seized. The only explanation I got was that I abuse there bonus policy. On my request where exactly I abuse it, I got nothing but "we do not have to explain it to you".
I've been playing at that casino for a couple of months. I made a number of deposits there. I had bonuses in my cashier section on 1st, 2,nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th deposits. But I never activate theme, because I'm not interested in bonuses. All I was interested is their tournaments. The prices for the tournaments are paid in bonus money. This is the only option. If I won some tournaments and get bonuses as a reward I abused their bonus policy? Why they do not put sign then: "You are allowed to play tournament, but you are not allowed to win". The tournament structure is like that. You play on slots on your own money and collect points for your play. After tournament finished every player is rewarded according to points one collected. That is all information I have today.

Hi klim57 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!
Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.
Thanks,
