Player's Complaint

Hello, my name is [EDIT] and I have an account with Casino X. I opened an account with them a few days ago, deposited 200€ and received the 300€ bonus, I then placed 10 bets and won some money. After that they contacted me about a breach of their terms. I did not know but I opened an account with them 3 or 4 years ago, I totally forgot about that in that time as I play in a lot of casinos and betting sites, I did not open another account to get their deposit bonus or anything, I just simply forgot in 4 years that I already had an account with them. I explained the situation, verified my account with them but now they confescated all of my money, the 200€ I deposited, the 300€ bonus and the 130€ profit I made.They do not want to return any of my money, not even my deposits as they say I betted with bonus funds and all bonus was confiscated. I placed bets with my own money, I understand that they can remove my bonus, the 300€ they gave me, but I deserve to receive my deposit back and the winnings I made with my own money, as if I had an account with them 3 or 4 years ago, never used that account in that time, and opened a new account as I had no idea I opened one 4 years ago it is simply not fair that they do not return my deposit. thank you for your help

You are responsible for keeping track of your own accounts. If you have opened a second account you have breached terms and this account is void. We can speak to the operator about your deposit, but we will not pursue winnings from this account.

Okej that is fair. I told them that I know that this was my fault, that I did not remember about opening an account 4 years ago, but they did not notify me when I opened it, they did not notify me when I deposited. Just when I betted all of my money, made the 10 bets, then they notified me soo they could say all the money is now bonus funds because it was betted. I only want my deposit back, I never said I wanted my bonus, and the winnings were made by my money not with the bonus. I also told them to just activate a new bonus for me, add my money to bonus funds and I will make the rollover, but they said no and confescated all of my money. But told me I can make a new deposit and get a new bonus, how is that fair ?

No it was not resolved. I got no answers from any regulator. I still do not have my money, my deposit is gone, my winnings are gone and my bonus is gone. They also removed my bonuses that were added before, I got left with nothing from my 700€, just because I made a mistake and opened another account with them after I did not use my old account in 4 years. And I was not notified about this when I registed, but after I betted all of my money once. So they waited that I betted everyhting, got my winnings, then they confescated everything. So it is definetly not solved and they are extremly unfriendly and unhelpfull and players should be informed on what to expect from them
