Hi there,
I’d like to register a complaint regarding casino1club,
I was playing Diamond Crush this morning 18/01/2019 and won 272 euros on the bonus game, since finishing the game the funds were not credited to my casino1club account and are missing,
I contacted casino1club this morning & sent screenshots showing the win along with the game reference number, however the casino have chosen not to reply to me at this time, which is why I’m asking for your assistance with this,
My complaint will be resolved upon casino1club crediting the winnings to my casino1club account, so I can make a withdrawal,
I can provide screen shots of the win, which includes the game reference number,
