I did 1.deposit 80 euro, and got bonus 80 euro. before this I asked chat agent :did this bonus have max cashout or not, he answered that no. Ok I won 1800 euro, but casino forfeited 1000 euro, in their bonus conditions were mentioned, that I can withdraw only x10 my deposit. Ok. I put to withdrawal 800 euro. But they dont want to pay me at all. my account is verified. support lie to me every day that they payed me today. But it lasts 45 days.
I leave complaint in others site, they dont respond.
They financial department dont respond a month
I am waiting for my money 45 days
