Resolved - The submitting complainant has become non-responsive to our repeated requests for additional information. As such we assume they have resolved their issue on their own.

Player's Complaint

Last payment method was trustly and rapid fast bank transfer ! Terms said same payout method than deposit method. Casiqo cancelled all my tries to payout and said only normal bank transfer ! When I click on the payout page rapid is possible but they cancelled my payouts again and again ! Normal bank transfer not acceptable because it means waiting 5 days for my money

With the greatest of respect, you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service.
