CasiQo - stalling withdrawal

Resolved - The submitting complainant has become non-responsive to our repeated requests for additional information. As such we assume they have resolved their issue on their own.

Player's Complaint

CasiQo has been stalling my withdrawals for over a week now. My first withdrawal request was made on August 30. Since then they have been asking for lots of documents and they also told me that I need to wager my deposits 3 times. I completed the wager on August 31. I uploaded all the documents and they have been accepted. Now they are just stalling and nothing is happening. I also contacted support today and they told me again to complete the wager, after reminding them that I already did, they just told me that the payment department was informed.

I am asking CasiQo to stop stalling and pay me my rightful winnings.

With the greatest of respect, you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service. If you are still experiencing issues on Friday the 24th of September let us know and I'll contact the operator on your behalf.
