Casumo - allowed me to deposit using someone elses card unauthorised

Player's Complaint

1month ago I opened up a casumo account and used my ex partners card to place a total of £480+ depsoits to which my name on the account and all details were mine and used her name and payment details to place deposits to which i have since found out this is breach of terms and I should never of been able to use someone elses card to place deposits.

I emailed casumo to which they have done nothing about this as the depsoits should be refunded as it goes against there terms to use someone elses card.

My ex partner also found this out and contacted myself and casumo and they still won't refund depsoits

In this complaint I have submitted regarding casumo this complaint is raised with myself being the victim and my ex partner adam taylor to which he wanted to submit this complaint as he used my card without my authorisation so him and myself have submitted the casumo complaint to yourselfs.

As its his account and i want my depsoits back to which he used unauthroised .I was told to submit the casumo complaint jointly as it's in his name and my card details

Hi abbieellie19, Firstly, you have not spoken to anyone here and we certainly have not advised you to "submit the complaint jointly". If the account is in [EDIT]'s name we need his permission directly to discuss the issue with Casumo, even if Casumo were willing to talk to us (which is unlikely). You cannot act on his behalf in this matter. He would need to submit the complaint himself. Moving past this, if your claim here is that [EDIT] used your payment details without permission, this is a claim of fraud and beyond the remit of this service. You need to contact your payment provider and your local police to address this. The experience and expertise of this service relates to situations where there is question as to the fairness of a gambling transaction and we are not the appropriate body to review issues relating to identity theft/payment fraud. Ok no problem I have seen a few complaints relating to deposits being refunded as account in different name to card being used therefore deposits should be voided .

I have spoke with police and all authority's and they claim to go direct with casino so me and my ex partner have but no joy I have sent to ecogra now .

I have screenshot of what terms state also so they should of funded back deposits that were made
