Player's Complaint

I had a win off 900 pound a few weeks back withdrawed waited few days then got email asking to confirm card and send bank statement to which I did. Then about week later I get an email saying they have shut my account and confiscated my winnings. They say this is due to having 2 accounts at the same address which is the case one in my partners name and one in my name. But here is the thing we have had those accounts for over 4 years now and in that time they have allowed me and my partner to deposit and make smaller withdrawels and said nothing about it. But as soon as I win quite big they wanna then use that term against me surley this is a unfair way to use there terms. I understand the term but they should not be picking and choosing when they wanna use that term and only use it when it suits then just to get outta of paying a big win i dont think its very fair. Why have they been ok with for the last 4 years with 2 accounts but suddenly I win big and they do this. Really annoyed and upset they have done this. I'm sure they would not of closed my account if I was depositing large amounts and losing it.
