Casumo - Still not paid


Resolved - The player appears to have played out their balance before their withdrawal issue could be resolved. As such there's no case to fight here.

Player's Complaint

After waiting for regular payment and then being promised payment this week I am still waiting. I originally was told they had paid me but on submitting countless bank statements they admitted they had not last Friday the 28/07/2017 with the apologies came a promise that the funds would be paid early this week due to the weekend.

After Wednesday I contacted them saying that still the money had not been paid to be reassured that it was coming it's now Friday still nothing and I am here.

Hi chip771,

Firstly apologies for the delayed response to your issue. I did actually chase this complaint on the 4th but clearly forgot to inform you.

Due to staff absences at both Casumo and a short period of absence myself this has taken a little longer than it should have.

The Casumo rep informs me that there was a technical issue with your withdrawal that ultimately lead to it being bounced back to them. The funds were credited back to your account. They inform me that they also emailed you to let you know about the issue and inform you that you could re-submit your withdrawal. They tell me that subsequently you've played out these funds.

Can you confirm the above?
