Player's Complaint
I did a withdrawal on the 28/09/19 of £2200 I was told my withdrawal would be processed yesterday it's still not been done. I have rung and chatted to them loads of times to be told so many lies. I was told it had been processed but when I went onto my account I can still reverse the withdrawal which means it hasnt been done. They are not helpful at all and are very rude. I asked to speak to a manager and they hang up the phone or leave you on the phone and you don't get to speak to anyone. I told them my withdrawal hasnt been done and I'm worried they said it was when I told them no it hasnt because I can still reverse it they said yes go ahead and reverse it its upto you, that is not responsible gambling on there side they shouldn't tell me to do that that's really bad there suppose to help gamblers not tell them to reverse there withdrawals they want me to reverse it because I only deposited £200 and won £2200. I really want them to give me my winnings it's not fair it's making me feel I'll and I'm getting no where with them when I contact them has they are very rude.

With the greatest of respect you need to provide the operator a reasonable length of time to resolve this issue internally before you ask a 3rd party dispute mediation service to intervene. If you are still experiencing issues on Friday the 18th of October let us know and I'll contact the operator on your behalf.
