Hi gidnie,

I've just heard back from Cherry casino. Your withdrawal was delayed due to an investigation into your account. I'm afraid to say that on three separate occasions you violated the below term:

"In the interests of fair gaming, the user may place maximum single bets equal to or lower than 10% of the value of the bonus credited to their account until such time as the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met. Should the user not adhere to this rule, CherryCasino reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings."

Given that in this particular instance none of the violating bets were winners Cherry casino has decided not to enforce the term and has approved your cashout.

In future if you violate the maximum bet rule your winnings will be voided.

Please let me know when you receive your funds.

Hi gidnie,

To respond to your email, it's fairly commonplace for casinos to request a photo of you holding your ID. Given that you breached the bonus terms and conditions your account will be subject to increased security requirements so this is fail normal for the situation.
