This time I made a withdrawal request on 6th June 2020 For £300. The terms state the money will reach your bank in 7-21 days. It has now been 35 days and no one is answering my countless emails and live chat just keep saying it’s because of covid 19 and I’ll just need to wait and the money will be paid at some point or they just say they know nothing about withdrawals.
Have sent emails and contacted live chat on numerous occasions but to no avail.

As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Cherry Fiesta do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.
