Player's Complaint
Wagered out the enormous amount to wager, remained me 210 euro, just enough to ask cash out.
My account is verified.
I asked the cash-out 8 January 2022, on the site seem they need 24-48 hours, but the mail from support, with number of the transcation talk about 21 working days. I have wait, when are gone, I began ask information, nobody answer to the mails, and "[EDIT]" in chat, doesn't help fro nothing, say to wait... wait what ???
