Hi tyson777,
You submitted a complaint about Cherry Fiesta on the 30th of September, about a withdrawal issue, that we are still pursuing. Presumably this has been resolved and you have not let us know.
When you submitted this complaint we warned you about the dangers of playing with this type of operator (unlicensed and illegal), yet you've clearly gone back and played again. And this makes the 5th complaint that you have submitted to this service against unlicensed and illegal opperators.
I'm afraid we will be declining to take action on this issue and I have to advise you that we will not intervene in any further complaint on your behalf where you choose to play with operators not licensed to accept traffic from your country.
