Hi tyson777 - welcome back.

This is your 4th complaint to this service. In each instance you have been playing with an operator that does NOT hold a UK license and as such cannot legally accept your play. Where you choose to keep selecting operators outside you national licensing scheme, you are significantly increasing the likelihood that you will experience problems.

We will contact the operator, but the chances of a successful mediation are very low.
