Chilli777 - Non payment of winnings


Found for the Player - Despite our repeated efforts to contact Chilli777 Casino to discuss this issue we have received no response whatsoever from the operator.

Player's Complaint

Won £200 but casino have made no attempt to engage or make payment. Site states 24 to 48hrs. Live chat operator says they are unable to provide details but could be 21 days. Live chat provided an email, emailed 3 times with no reply. Live chat then informed that finance don't respond to emails. Continually get the response "they will email you when ready". 6 weeks now and still "awaiting" or pending on my account.

Please ensure you have read our Complaint Guidance to ensure that you fully understand how our complaint management process functions.

As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Chilli777 do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.

Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.
