Player's Complaint

Hi well I had one $1,000 total playing the slingo game on the online chumba casino and I never received it I requested for it to be sent to my bank account like I always do and they said that I canceled it and it got put back into my gaming account which is not true because I never canceled my payout and even if I did cancel it the money was never returned to my gaming account so I never received it back in my account and I never received it in my personal bank account I have spent days with the dispute department and their customer service trying to explain to them that I never got the money either way they kept closing and blocking my account and saying I had multiple accounts open which I did not they made me verify my identity I don't know how many times I've done it at least 20 times sent them my documents for my identity which in turn they would reopen my account and then when I question about my dispute with my money then they close it and block it again and I had to go through the whole process over again and it's just been ridiculous I had also reported before I even won the money about activity that was on my account that I had never did I had discussed and expressed my concern about somebody being in my account and their security measures I have changed my password I changed my email address to the account I have done all of their security measures that they told me to do and yet it still was acting like somebody who's logged in my account doing stuff that I had not did and I told them about this as well so I just want the money that I won fair and square I am not trying to get over on them I just want what's mine what I want you know I pay them enough money to play so I think that it's only fair that they pay what they owe I took screenshots of all of our conversations I have all of our emails I have everything that was discussed about the situation because I didn't trust it anyway so I just wanted to cover my bases and make sure that I would be able to present this to someone to get my money that they owe me I hope that you guys can help cuz I just want my money that they should have paid me in and just move on and I mean I like their games and everything and I don't want to them to lose me as a customer but this experience has been really really frustrating and I have told them the same thing over and over and over again and it seems like they just ignore it and they don't listen to what I'm saying and then they tried to close my account another time saying that I requested chargebacks when I never did

Unfortunately after repeated efforts to contact the operator to discuss this issue we have received no response what-so-ever. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.

All we can suggest at this juncture is that you contact the operator’s ADR, Pardee Consulta.

Sorry we could not be of further help.
