Chumba - multiple accounts

Player's Complaint

So basically Chumba closed my account out permanently with 100 dollars of my money. Basically they told me that supposedly I had 2 accounts associated with my info, which I was not aware of! First they asked me which account was the one I use.. and I advised them of the one and only account I used that is actually linked right to my Facebook! They pretty much said ok, from here on forward, you must only use this one account or else you'll be banned basically. I agreed, although I never created a second account. So then one day, out of no where.. I go to sign in and it's says my account was blocked. So I sent them multiple emails asking them what happened.. but for the longest time, got no response. I just kept getting these automated emails saying sorry we are extremely backed up right now but we will get back to you! More time went by and nothing. I would say a few months went by, at least, before someone finally responded. All they had said was my account was under review by them and they would contact me with the outcome, which they never did! So I sent them some more emails and even logged a few complaints advising them of my situation. Finally some one responds and says that I breached their terms and conditions, so there for my account had been permanently closed forever. Which I really don't understand why. I didn't do anything wrong or "breach their terms"! But I just said ok, fine, whatever.. but I do want my money back that was in my account when you guys decided to close it. I advised them that this was only fair! But unfortunately never got a response!!! 😞 can u guys help me please???

Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.

Sadly this operator has informed us that they will not cooperate with the management of complaints via this service. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.

All we could suggest is contacting the operators ADR, Pardee Consulta Limited.

Sorry we could not be of further help.
