I told them I lost alot of money and I told them why never pay this games, from 15000 euro not even single bonus has give me and when it comes to something the freezing and it stop and reopen it again, it mean the game is doing it because the software issues to take people money away.

This is a complaint after a big loss where you are asserting there must be a problem with the game because you lost. So you have not seen some specific error with the game that has caused these losses rather you are assuming there is an error because of the losses?

Hello there, from thoses thousands of euro, it keep closing the game and I have to reatart it again and this this issues was not one time was many time, I almost though that maybe was the connection but my connection was fine

Then do you have any record of any communication with the operator where you contacted them to resolve this issue? If you felt that the issue with connection was resulting in you losing money that you should not fairly have lost, why would you continue playing? And there's no reason to think that a disconnection has changed the financial results. If you have continued playing rather than stopping to contact the operator you have effectively accepted that there will be connection issues that cause interruptions to your play.
Without some evidence to support the claim that said interruptions were financially to your detriment, there is nothing for us to pursue here.

I really don't know what I can do with this, because I know contacted people from circus online the day I lost the money, told them that the game keeping closing while I am. Playing and it could be the problem from the software and really was cheating, because when is small money never happend, and when the account of circus was lot of money on it it keep freezing the game and it keep close over and over again I already send you before the email that I contacted circus but they always is out of luck, but why it keep freezing and I have reopen the game many time, I don't have record of t he conversation, I only got the record of money I lost

As detailed above, where you have chosen to play on in spite of a technical issue it significantly undermines any claim that the game was not functioning correctly. If you genuinely believed that why would you continue to play?
The only record we can obtain of you even mentioning a problem with the game is after you loss. Unless you can provide some other evidence there is nothing for us to investigate here.

If you are still experiencing disconnection issues with this game, and you genuinely believe that these issues are resulting in funds being inappropriately removed from your account, then you should stop playing!
The reality of what's going on here is that you are likely experiencing as software/connection conflict at your end that is causing disruption to your game play. We have seen no evidence to support that these issues are resulting in funds being inappropriately removed from your account and you have continued to play despite the issues. If you genuinely believed that this error was costing you significant amounts of money you would have stopped playing long before sustaining a loss of the size you are attributing to the issue.
