Cirrus - Account Termination
Ruling
Resolved - The likelihood is that this player has been cut off from accessing this group of casinos due to chargebacks, though we cannot assert that with certainty. As there are no funds at stake, there is no complaint we're willing to mediate. It's absolutely okay for a casino to exclude a player. As with any business the right to deny service to any potential patron as long as the reasons are non-discriminatory.

Player's Complaint
I have been excluded by the Financial Processor from playing at this Casino and all the other Casino's in the Group. I would really like to play at this Casino and I would like for you to help me find out why I am not permitted to make a deposit at this string of Casinos anymore. I was never given a full explanation and I know that I have not done anything wrong the deserve exclusion.

Hi hunterh,
I'm afraid I'm going to decline this complaint for the following reasons;
1) It's about a payment processor not a casino.
2) There's no contested funds, only access to an account. I fully support any casinos right to decline their services to any player for any reason as long as it's not discriminatory.
3) This complaint relates to a group of casinos I strongly advise players not to engage with. Given that there are no contested funds, the last thing I want to do is facilitate players engaging with Not Recommended casinos. That would just be likely to result in further complaints.
The final thing I'd say here is that if the Financial Processor for the group has excluded you, it's likely that they are aware of charge backs associated with you. That would be the normal reason a Financial Processor wouldn't want to deal with a player, so if you've every issued a charge back against ANY casino, there's your reason.
